Decision Analysis Add-Ins for Macintosh Excel

Current versions of TreePlan, SensIt, and RiskSim work correctly with Macintosh Excel X and 2004.

Be sure to specify an email address where the confirmation email message from SWReg will not be blocked by a firewall or by antivirus software.

Within minutes after you finish purchasing at SWReg's web site, SWReg will send a confirmation message to the email address you specified when you purchased. In the lower third of that email message there will be a URL internet link where you can download the software.

The download link will expire after 96 hours (4 days) from the time of purchase, so be sure to download the software immediately.

The download file has an EXE extension, denoting that it is a Windows executable file. Internally, the EXE file contains standard compressed code which may be unzipped using a utility.

On a Macintosh, use Allume System's free StuffIt Expander to extract the zipped files from the EXE file.

If you have a problem extracting the XLA file from the EXE file you downloaded from SWReg, please send e-mail to Mike Middleton, and we will send the appropriate uncompressed XLA file(s) to you as an email attachment.

Refer to the first pages of the user guide PDF file for ways to load the XLA add-in file.

When you launch Excel and load one of our single-file add-ins, the add-in code detects whether it is running on a Windows or Macintosh, and the add-in then displays dialog boxes that are appropriately sized.
